My practice is devoted to nurturing and supporting women during a time of profound transformation: the childbearing year, and beyond.
We cannot give without receiving. When the mother is nourished, so is everyone and everything around her. I love being able to help lighten the weight of the hard work each woman pours into growing and caring for her baby and family. My desire is to offer a place of rest and deep relief, a place where your stories feel heard, those you choose to share in words, and the silent ones that live in the tissues. Each session is an invitation to remember and assert in the flesh and soul your essence of being.
I look forward to sharing my work with you.
Land Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I live and work in the unceded ancestral territories of Ramaytush Ohlone, Confederated Villages of Lisjan and Miwok, now known as San Francisco, Oakland/Berkeley and West Marin. These lands have been lovingly stewarded by Indigenous peoples for millennia. Especially as an immigrant, honoring their enduring presence, knowledge, and resilience is essential in my efforts to grow roots here mindfully, in a way that supports local communities, and with as much awareness as possible of how historical legacies of genocide and colonization are ongoing and still adversely affect the First Nations people in the Bay Area.
